'Beat' are working with the Sussex Child, Young Person & Family Eating Disorder Service to run skills workshops for parents and carers across Sussex.
Over the two day workshop you will learn about different communication techniques, alongside gaining tools and developing practical strategies that you can use to support a full recovery from an eating disorder.
“I left understanding that I couldn't 'fix it' for my daughter, but I could cope with the situation and do a lot to enable her to start to get a grip of the eating disorder herself"
This workshop will empower you to support positive change and to promote recovery by improving your understanding of eating disorders and by developing your skills.
The first Developing Dolphin workshop will be held on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 April.
